Choc-Chip Hot Bun Mug Cake:
Ingredients:
🐰 1 egg
🐰 1 tablespoon of your preferred milk
🐰 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
🐰 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
🐰 2 tablespoons of almond meal
🐰 1 teaspoon of mixed spice
🐰 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
🐰 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips (optional)
Ingredients:
🐰 1 egg
🐰 1 tablespoon of your preferred milk

Instructions:
🐰 In a small mixing bowl, whisk the egg and milk together.
🐰Add maple syrup, vanilla protein powder, almond meal, mixed spice, and baking powder to the bowl.
🐰 Add chocolate chips if desired, and stir to combine all ingredients.
🐰 Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin.
🐰 Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F), or cook in the microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
